UK’s Best Workplaces 2019
Astound Commerce UK earned a coveted spot on the annual list of UK’s Best Workplaces 2019 and UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech 2019. Team members report that a happy, challenging, and fun work culture contributed to Astound’s placement in this select ranking of top employers.

DOU.ua Best IT Employer 2019
Astound Commerce Ukraine earned a top spot on DOU.ua’s Best Internet Technology (IT) Employer list for companies employing between 800 and 1,500 IT specialists, separated from the first place winner by only three points. Additionally, the Astound Ukraine Delivery Team reached the “next level,” moving from the category of companies that employ 200 to 800 specialists in the region to the more robust class of companies that employ 800 to 1,500 specialists—a tangible demonstration of organizational growth and Astound’s ability to draw exceptional talent.
DOU.ua is a professional development community focused on technologies, frameworks, and code. It was founded in 2005 and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
European Software Testing Awards 2019
Astound’s Quality Assurance team won the Infosys Testing Team of the Year award at the 2019 European Software Testing Awards ceremony.
With hundreds of submissions received annually, the European Software Testing Awards celebrate companies and individuals who have accomplished significant achievements in the software testing and quality assurance market.
North American Software Testing & QE Awards 2019
The Astound Quality Assurance team won Best Overall Testing Project in the retail category for its work with UK-based international fashion retailer BooHoo Group. This project was led by QA manager Alyona Chernenko-Dyba, who received high commendation for her work on the initiative.

Acquia Engage Awards
Astound Commerce was recognized along with its client Bowlero Corp. and management consulting firm Avantia as a winner of the 2019 Acquia Engage Award for “Closing the CX Gap.” This award recognizes the creation of exceptional digital experiences that set new precedents in customer experience.
The annual Acquia Engage Awards celebrate leading examples of the work of Acquia’s customers and partners. The awards showcase the world’s most ambitious brands, those brands’ mastery of innovation, and the creation of memorable customer experiences.
Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts W³ Awards
Astound won five W³ awards across the Mobile Features – Best User Interface, Mobile Apps/Sites – Shopping, General Website – Sports, General Website – Entertainment, and Website Features – User Interface categories. The Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts recognized Astound for its prowess within these categories and its work with Bloomingdale’s, Neutrogena, PGA Tour Superstore, and Bowlero.
The W³ Awards honor superior creativity on the web and recognize the individuals behind the award-winning websites, web advertising, and web video.
