Astound Commerce welcomes veteran financial operations leader Jerry Collazo as its new Chief Financial Officer, a role in which he will lead the financial and operational management and systems coordination of Astound globally. Jerry will provide operational oversight through insightful analysis, and identify and advise on opportunities to maximize the company’s financial performance and accelerate growth.

Jerry has served in the CFO position for nearly 25 years for private and public sector organizations across India, Australia, Canada, and other global markets. His CFO experience also spans across industries, including Manufacturing (Channell Commercial Corporation), Retail (SPY+), and Telecommunications (J5 Infrastructure Partners). Throughout his expansive career, he has completed numerous mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing deals, as well as developed and implemented operational strategies to maximize business performance.
Jerry holds an MBA from UCLA and is a Certified Public Accountant in California, where he resides.
A key part of Astound’s leadership team, Jerry will report into Astound’s Global CEO, Michael Kahn (MK). “Jerry is a results-driven leader, and with his strong background in financial operations, he is ready to help Astound be financially sound every day,” says MK. “We are thrilled to welcome him to the best team in digital commerce transformation.”
Jerry will be instrumental in helping Astound continue to deliver superior service and value to clients. His stewardship and business acumen will enable the company to further its North Star mission of becoming the global leader in digital commerce solutions.
